Approach

Gratitude is the foundation. I find at least one piece of joy every day, and strive to be mindful. My purpose is to come from Love in everything I do. To live my life in faith over fear, trusting that all things are happening for me, not against me, and working together for good. I have learned the most difficult trials and hardships have given me my greatest lessons and blessings. And to love myself and others the way God loves us, for we are a Divine masterpiece. 
I have a strong relationship and direct connection with God. I am blessed to be a healing instrument and vessel.
I carry the light I was born with and it shines out for others to see. This light is Love. Love Heals. Shine bright everyone and spread the Love. YOU are loved.
